These terms and conditions are designed to protect both you as the customer and us as the supplier.
 
Delivery Schedule

Most of the items are made to order for you!!
Consequently the collections will normally be dispatched in up to 4-6 weeks from the receipt of your order, unless it is in stock, then 10 days following the receipt of your order. If any item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable we will contact you by e-mail with details of the estimated delivery time. You will of course be at liberty to cancel your order at that time, if you desire.

For orders placed in the order form no refunds would be accepted and the orders could take up to 4-6 weeks.

    Shipping and Handling

  • Within the UK, all orders over £75.00 are shipped FREE OF CHRAGE. Orders under this amount will be charged a standard rate of £4.00 per order. Delivery within the UK will be by registered Royal Mail post with insurance to the appropriate value. This service guarantees next day delivery with the exception of Saturday and Sunday.
  • For delivery outside the UK, delivery will be via Royal Mail ‘International signed for’, or UPS. You will be advised of the charge when we receive your order. You will be responsible for the payment of all import and other local taxes applicable in respect of any item(s), which you purchase from Jewellerynbeyond

Returns :

You have the right to return goods if you are not entirely satisfied, provided:

    • The goods are returned within 60 working days of receipt. Please note that for reasons of health and hygiene earrings for pierced ears are supplied in clear plastic tamper evident bags. You will be able to easily examine your purchase through the bag without removing it. If any attempt is made to open the bag we are unable to accept these items for exchange or refund unless they are found to be faulty.
    • The goods reach us in perfect condition in the original packaging. You are responsible for ensuring that the means of delivery is satisfactory, that the items are insured against loss or damage and that proof of receipt is provided. In the U.K, Royal Mail's Special Delivery service provides all these aspects but you must make sure that you choose the appropriate level of compensation with regard to the value of the goods enclosed.
    • In exceptional circumstances, if we are not able to fulfill an order we have accepted, your credit card will be re-credited with the original price and we will notify you by email. In no circumstances will we be liable to you for any additional amounts. Should your order be refused or delayed in any manner, we will make every reasonable effort to contact you and to inform you of the delay/refusal.
    • Jewellerynbeyond.com reserves the right to modify any price without warning and to adopt any pricing structure considered appropriate for various commercial considerations. Prices offered to accredited commercial and institutional customers may be adjusted at the sole discretion of Jewellerynbeyond.
    • Customers are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of the product and to return it for a full refund. However, our Complete Satisfaction Promise extends your ability to return an unsatisfactory online purchase for up to 60 days.

Wholesale Enquiries :

Please contact us via e-mail or telephone. Please note that proof of being a retailer is required. We would need an outlining your requirements and we will then contact you shortly with details on how you can purchase items on a wholesale basis.
We will provide you with our Wholesale Service Price List. We do not require a minimum quantity per style, but simply request that the order be no less than £150.00
